Administrator's Role
- Manage and administer the CAMH Specialized Computing Cluster (SCC).
- Develop and maintain programs, scripts, tools, and utilities that aid in the operation, automation and administration of the SCC.
- Maintain programs, scripts, tools and utilities required by user-groups to perform analysis on the SCC.
- Facilitate compilation and migration of current code and pipelines to a Linux clustered environment.
- Troubleshoot SCC network-related problems, including cluster access and data transfer.
- Respond to system problems related to the SCC, providing analysis and solutions as needed.
- Respond to user questions about SCC usage and policies.
- Manage centralized backups of essential analysis platforms on the SCC.
