tsDASH
The idea behind tsDASH is to create an interactive dashboard for multivariate time series. This dashboard incorporates a toolbar for multi-level selection of time series data (e.g. user → sensor → record → channel), and processing algorithm choice and manual parameter tuning. The selected data is plotted, modeled, and analyzed using line plots, histograms, and statistical feature tables for multi-level QA/QC.
The dashboard is in its preliminary phase and is being built upon progressively based on project-specific analytical workflows.
