tocThe CAMH/KCNI Neuroinformatics Platform naming conventions (for studies, sites, participants, sessions, etc) rely on standardized project and site codes. These codes are maintained in collaboration with OBI's neuroinformatics platform Brain-CODE, to avoid code conflicts between the two platforms and retain the option for CAMH researchers to also share their data with Brain-CODE.
Project Codes
These are the project codes currently in use in the CAMH/KCNI Neuroinformatics Platform.
When creating new project codes, we also cWhat text is needed here? Something similar to site codes? Plea for good naming? This convention is preferred over using abbreviations for medicines or other interventions, since it is less likely to result in multiple projects wanting the same code and avoids inadvertently divulging information about study participants.

Site Codes
The Neuroinformatics Platform naming conventions (for studies, participants, sessions, etc) rely on standardized site codes. The table below shows the site codes currently available for use. These codes are maintained in collaboration with OBI/Brain-Code to ensure the codes used in the two neuroinformatics platforms (CAMH/KCNI and OBI/Brain-CODE) stay aligned.
